Yes, all our diamond tools are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. If you experience premature wear or core failure under normal operating conditions, please contact our support team for an inspection.
Can I return a machine if I change my mind?
Unused equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply to large machinery, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
